Day 01: Anchorage
Come whenever you like.
Day 2: Seward/Anchorage, Alaska.
The Seward Highway, a picturesque route across Alaska's Kenai Peninsula, leads you south. Pass through the Chugach National Forest, which is encircled by mountains and situated between cliffs and the coast. Trek through Kenai Fjords National Park in the late afternoon to see the Exit Glacier and Harding Icefield up up and personal. Get up early and go to Kenai Fjords National Park to see ice remnants from the Ice Age.
Spend the day here learning about the fjords' history, science, and awe-inspiring beauty.
Day 03: Seward
Get out and do something fun in and around Seward. Take a boat tour through the Kenai fjords to see glaciers and marine life up close, go on a stroll through the stunning terrain, or visit the Alaska SeaLife Center for an educational experience.
Day 04: Seward/Talkeetna
Visit the picturesque town of Talkeetna, located in the mountains to the north. Iditarod Trail Dog Museum is a must-see for anybody interested in this historic event.
Learn about the region's natural beauty and history by flying over the area, taking a kayaking trip, or going farther afield by jet boat on the river. You may also remain in town and shop or try beer from the local microbrewery while seeing the Talkeetna River and its tributaries.
Day 5 Tahquamenon National Park
As you make your trip north to Denali National Park, don't forget to bring your camera. Enjoy a demonstration of dog sledding, and then go for a walk in the park. Denali National Park is best explored with lots of time. You may explore Denali's dynamic glaciated terrain by hiking one of the many paths in the park, which provide views of enormous rivers, many lakes and ponds, and unusual features.
Day 06: Denali National Park
Learn more about Denali National Park by spending the day there. Moose, bears, and caribou may be seen on this full-day tour through the area's lush vegetation and majestic mountains.
Days 07: Denali National Park & Anchorage
After an optional morning of whitewater rafting or hiking, bid goodbye to Denali National Park and return to Anchorage.
Attend the group's farewell meal if you so choose.
